Hand Soap Refill Subscription

wrong product shipped no customer service

Refill order was automatically sent but the wrong product was in the box. Four attempts have been made to contact the company. Email messages go unanswered, the email address on the company Facebook page is invalid, there are no tools on the web site to manage subscriptions. The entire experience is terrible.

Great for Dry Skin

This hand soap does not dry my hands out. I ordered the Peppermint. I love how my hands smell fresh - like chewing gum!

LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

I am very intentional about what I purchase to use for myself and for my family. I love this soap. I pour this refill into travel containers i keep in my purse, to use for when we are “on the go” in normal daily life. I love having organic and healthy hand soap no matter where we go. my kids like the zesty , I just reordered. Highly recommend.

Product is great shipping crushed the package

The hand soap product is much better than expected. Great cleaning with gentle after touch leaves skin soft and refreshed. The shipping of the pouches is a problem. Both the original order and the replacement arrived in soggy boxes because the Post Office squashed the cartons and the product leaked out. The heat sealed seams on the pouches were the place where the soap leaked out when the boxes were smashed in the delivery. Would buy again. The seller was very accommodating to the initial complaint and sent a replacement promptly.

HORRIBLE customer service

I have reached out through email and chat - I have heard heard nothing back. I haven’t received my order and don’t think I ever will since there is NO COMMUNICATION or responses back after you message them.
