    Picture misleading, no response re: return/exchange

    I have bought these bar soaps before, but this time they did not come in individual packaging as pictured. I've reached out multiple times over the past few weeks to get a refund or exchange, but haven't heard back. Maybe posting this will get a response. Normally love everything Organic Bath Co does!
